Casey Anthony Indicted: Charge, Murder

Casey Anthony was indicted on murder charges today in connection with the crime of murder in the disappearance of her 2yr old daughter Caylee. To sum it up the case is this:

1. Casey has no cogent explanation for where her daughter is, as all of her explanations for Caylee's disappearance turned out to be lies. Every single thing. There was no baby sitter.

2. Casey's car smelled of decomposition, as evidenced even by the statement her mother made in the 911 call. That was backed up by a cadaver dog, and investigators.

3. Traces of chloroform were found in the car. Casey is going to have a hard time explaining why she would need chloroform, which is used for rendering someone unconscious.

4. Still no sign of Caylee and no more explanation of her whereabouts than when she disappeared.

In short, Casey did something with her and disposed of the body. But now to prosecute the case without a body? We'll see.
